Package Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all manufacturer tags and labels are intact to maintain eligibility for a refund.
Label and Post
Print your prepaid An Post return label from our portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any local post office across Ireland.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
